Any deadhead fees for pickups and drop-offs arrive/depart Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport?

As a deadhead fee applys to some of  the car rental companies in Shanghai, Beijing and most of the cities in China. With Shangcar, the rental charges that we quoted already covers all the recovery fees, with that there won’t be any additional fees for deadhead fees anymore.
